Scope
This Anti-Spam Policy applies to AI Acquisition LLC, Growth Partner & Consultancy Ltd, The Growth Partner DMCC (collectively, “AI Acquisition”), and to all employees, contractors, vendors, affiliates, resellers, and any third parties who communicate about our brand, products, or websites, including aiacquisition.com and all subdomains (e.g., app.aiacquisition.com, go.aiacquisition.com).

Policy statement
AI Acquisition does not send or permit unsolicited commercial messages (“spam”) to advertise our websites, products, or services. We prohibit the use of our domains and brand in spam of any kind, including email, SMS/MMS, instant messaging, social media direct messages, robocalls, and similar channels.

What is prohibited

• Sending promotional messages to recipients who have not given explicit, verifiable permission to receive marketing from AI Acquisition.

• Using purchased, rented, appended, co-registered, or scraped contact lists.

• “Cold” email or SMS that promotes AI Acquisition or that contains links to aiacquisition.com or its subdomains.

• Misleading headers, forged routing, obfuscated links, or deceptive subject lines.

• Third parties or affiliates sending any promotional messages that reference our brand or domains, whether to their own lists or otherwise.

What is permitted

• Transactional or service messages to customers and users with whom we have an existing relationship (for example, account confirmations, receipts, security alerts). These messages will not include unrelated advertising.

• Marketing messages only to recipients who have provided explicit consent to AI Acquisition, collected by us directly and verified by closed-loop confirmed opt-in (double opt-in).

Consent requirements for marketing messages

• We require closed-loop confirmed opt-in. Subscribers must take a clear affirmative action and then confirm via a follow-up email or similar step.

• Pre-checked boxes, implied consent, and consent collected for another party are not allowed.

• We maintain auditable records of consent including date/time, source page or form, IP address, and user agent.

Unsubscribe and suppression

• Every marketing email includes a visible, no-login, one-click unsubscribe link and our physical postal address.

• Unsubscribe and “stop” requests (including reply-based requests) are processed within 24 hours.

• Suppression lists are maintained and honored indefinitely. We do not sell, rent, or disclose suppression lists.

Sending practices and technical controls

• All marketing email must be sent only through authorized systems that authenticate using SPF and DKIM for aiacquisition.com and are covered by a DMARC policy.

• We monitor bounce and complaint rates, participate in feedback loops where available, and promptly remove complaining recipients.

• We do not use open relays, snowshoeing, or other abusive techniques.

Third parties and affiliates

• Affiliates, resellers, agencies, and other third parties are prohibited from advertising AI Acquisition via email, SMS, IM, or automated calling. No exceptions without prior written approval from AI Acquisition. Any approved program must use consent collected by AI Acquisition and comply fully with this policy.

• Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination and may trigger legal action.

Prohibited content

• No malware, phishing, illegal material, deceptive claims, or adult content. No impersonation of AI Acquisition or any other party.

Reporting abuse
If you believe you received an unsolicited message that mentions our brand or links to our domains, please forward the full message, including full headers, to support@aiacquisition.com. We investigate and remediate promptly, typically within 1 business day.

Compliance
We strive to comply with applicable laws and industry best practices, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, and ePrivacy rules as applicable. Where laws differ, we apply the stricter standard.
